Every "SUPO" branded product (must have "SUPO" on both the wheel and the rig) is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Any product that is claimed to be defective and is returned to SRC within the one year warranty period with SRC’s approval will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight and installation). Any claim of defect must be reported promptly to SRC by telephone followed by a confirming notification sent in writing.

SRC products are intended for manual and intermittent use over smooth floors with ideal operating conditions. This warranty does not include any product that has been subjected to normal wear-and-tear, abused, misused, improperly installed, mishandled, modified or damaged by use with mechanically powered equipment. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. This warranty does not include cost of removal, installation, labor, incidental or consequential damages.

The warranty set forth herein is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties, written, oral, express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. No SRC dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. Damages relating to any allegedly defective product shall under any tort, contract, or other legal theory be limited to the actual price paid for such product and shall in no event include incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages of any kind even if SRC is aware of the possibility of such damages.

All repaired or replacement products shall be warranted for the remainder of the original product warranty.

In all cases SRC’s liability shall be limited to the factory invoice cost of the product.
